Mitchell Salmon is now an executive managing director with the retail and office leasing teams at Lee & Associates NYC.

“Mitch’s extensive experience encompasses landlord and tenant representation, commercial sales and leasing and property acquisition,” said Joel Herskowitz, chief operating officer of Lee NYC.

Prior to joining Lee NYC, Salmon was managing director at Garrison Investment Group, where he developed strategic plans for the private equity firm’s national retail platform and grew the retail platform to more than 9.2 million square feet across 17 states. He also oversaw $44 million in ground-up construction for the redevelopment of 343,000 square feet of retail space across the country.
