Missouri Firm Buys Topgolf Land

EPR Properties, a real estate investment trust based in Kansas City, MO, closed on seven acres on San Antonio’s North Side. Topgolf USA sits on the land, which is near the Rim shopping center. EPR Properties is one of Topgolf’s real estate partners.

The sales price for the land on North Loop 1604 was not disclosed. Bexar County valued the lot at $3.8 million.

EPR is no stranger to San Antonio. The REIT owns the Regal Huebner Oaks Stadium 14 & RPX Movie theater on the city’s northwest side, and the Schlitterbahn Waterpark Resort in New Braunfels.
