Missouri City Land Slated for MXU Development

Al-Attas Babidan Bamaih Joint Venture sold 9.7 acres at Sam Houston Parkway (Beltway 8) and McLain Boulevard in Missouri City, TX for an undisclosed price. Two buyers ended up with the land; MAA Hospitality Inc. acquired approximately 1.3 acres, on which it will develop a Crystal Inn motel.

Meanwhile, Graniti Vicentia Realty LLC bought approximately 8.3 acres, with plans to develop office and warehouse buildings. The development will be adjacent to Gateway Southwest Industrial Park.

Tom Condon Jr. with Colliers International represented the seller in both transactions. Claude Angelo of Belt International Realty Co. advised both buyers. David Pitschmann with Alamo Title Co. coordinated the closing.
