Missner Group Inks One New Lease, Two Renewals

The Missner Group has inked one new lease and two lease renewals, spanning the firm’s Touhy Industrial Plaza in Des Plaines, IL and the newly-acquired property at 901-929 AEC Dr. in Wood Dale, IL.

At Touhy Industrial Plaza, Weslite Inc. signed a 36-month, 9,000-square-foot renewal. The lighting products distributor has occupied the property for five years.

Transworld Freight Systems Corporation has executed a new, 50-month lease for 9,000 square feet at the Wood Dale property. Transworld Freight Systems Corporation is a new tenant at this property.

Additionally, OPC Construction has signed a 7,000 square foot, 60-month lease renewal in Wood Dale. The company has been at this location for nine years. It’s a carpentry, drywall and ceiling contractor specializing in commercial, educational and institutional construction.
