Missner Group Completes Latest Build-Out for IBJI

The Missner Group has completed the latest in a series of build-outs for orthopedic-area provider Illinois Bone & Joint Institute (IBJI), this one located at 140 N. Roselle Rd. in Schaumburg, IL. The development and construction services firm has worked with IBJI for more than a decade.

For the Schaumburg location, Missner Group turned an existing two-story tenant space into a single-story that encompasses an open-concept physical therapy gym, also adding new office suites. Heath Yarger was the project manager, and Scott Nomellini served as project superintendent.

“We are familiar with IBJI’s operations, commitment to their clients and what is necessary in their facilities to provide the very best level of healthcare,” said Missner Group president Glen Missner. The firm has also completed projects for IBJI in Chicago, Lake Bluff, Bannockburn, Lincolnwood, Morton Grove, Wilmette, Glenview and Des Plaines.
