Mission Rock Residential Takes Over Meridian

Denver-based Mission Rock Residential has been tapped by Hamilton Zanze Real Estate Investments to take over management of the 146-unit Meridian Apartments in the Alamo Heights area of San Antonio, TX. Hamilton Zanze recently acquired the property at 680 E. Basse Rd. from Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors.

Situated on 4.8 acres, Meridian has one, two and three-bedroom units, with views of a golf course on one side, and the Alamo Quarry Market on the other. Amenities include a fitness center and pool, as well as on-site dry-cleaning pickup and furnished apartments.

The assignment boosts Mission Rock’s management portfolio to 103 multifamily properties and 21,000 units throughout Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and Washington.
