Mission Rock MXU Tops Out on Final Tower of Phase I

The Mission Rock Partners development team, a collaboration of the San Francisco Giants, Tishman Speyer and the Port of San Francisco, recently topped out on Parcel F, a 23-story multifamily residential tower in San Francisco’s Mission Rock neighborhood. It’s the fourth and final tower in the first phase of the 28-acre Mission Rock waterfront community.

Designed by award-winning international architecture and urban design practice Studio Gang, Parcel F will encompass 254 rental apartments. The 315,000-square-foot tower, expected to open in summer 2024, will also host a variety of street-level shops and cafes, along with 25,000 square feet of co-working and event space operated by Studio, Tishman Speyer’s global flexible workspace platform. Webcor Builders is serving as general contractor.

Mission Rock Partners welcomed the first residents to the mixed-use development earlier this month with the opening of The Canyon.
