Mission of Japan Commits to 50k SF at Fisher Brothers Tower

The Permanent Mission of Japan has committed to three floors at Fisher Brothers’ 605 Third Ave. and will move from 866 U.N. Plaza in early 2019. Under the 15-year lease, the organization will occupy 50,391 square feet across the office tower’s 27th, 28th and 29th floors.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Mariyon Robertson and Junji Miyake represented the Permanent Mission of Japan, which represents the Government of Japan in conducting diplomacy. Fisher Brothers was advised in-house by Ken Fisher, Marc Packman, Jack Whalen Sr. and Clark Briffel, and by a Cushman & Wakefield team of Bruce Mosler, Louis D’Avanzo, Michael Baraldi, Andrew Ross and Maria Travlos.

“The Permanent Mission of Japan was drawn to 605 Third’s first-class tenant services and prime location near the United Nations,” said Ken Fisher.
