Miramar Industrial Portfolio Sold for $11M
A joint venture partnership between San Diego-based Hill Properties and a fund managed by Westport Capital Partners acquired a two-building, 61,000-square-foot multi-tenant industrial property for $11.3 million. The asset, located in San Diego’s Miramar industrial neighborhood at 8250-8260 Camino Santa Fe, was sold by Providence II Camino Santa Fe, LLC.
Hill Properties’ Jason Hill says, “We are proud to have recently closed on this unique, high-quality industrial property that is ideally suited for showroom and warehouse uses.”
Colliers International’s Evan McDonald, who represented the seller, says, “As the San Diego industrial market continues to remain strong, we were able to secure an off-market transaction in record time, despite Central San Diego’s high barriers to entry. Favorably located in the Western Miramar industrial submarket, new ownership will immediately execute their value-add approach.”
