
Miralon Gets PCBC’s Highest Honor
Miralon, an agrihood in Palm Springs, has received several Gold Awards, the top honor bestowed by Pacific Coast Builders Conference. Miralon’s wins include Masterplan Community of the Year, the highest possible recognition. Miralon is developed by Freehold Communities.
In addition to Masterplan Community of the Year, Miralon received Gold Awards for:
- Residential Detached Collection of the Year with homebuilder Woodbridge Pacific Group, for its Flair neighborhood
- Best Community Land Plan
- Best Landscape Architecture for a Community
- Best Community Pivot
The community is a Merit Award winner for:
- Best Community Amenity – the new Miralon Club
- Best Single-Family Detached Home – 1,800 to 2,499 square feet with Woodbridge Pacific Group
- Best Single-Family Detached Home – 2,500 to 2,999 square feet with Woodbridge Pacific Group
