Nayya Health Signs with SL Green in Midtown South

SL Green Realty Corp said Monday that Nayya Health, an employee benefits platform, signed a 29,915-square-foot lease at 215 Park Ave. South. The new five-year lease covers 17,255 square feet on the entire fourth floor and 12,660 square feet on the partial 18th floor. The building is now 92% leased.

“We’re excited to welcome Nayya Health, Inc. to 215 Park Ave. South,” said Steven Durels, EVP and director of leasing and real property at SL Green. “This lease reaffirms the recent increase in tenant demand within the Midtown South market.”

Nayya Health was represented by Tim Freyberg of CBRE, and ownership was represented by Howard Tenenbaum and Gary Rosen of SL Green. A 20-story, 338,636-square-foot office tower, 215 Park Ave. South is also home to Industrious NYC, Stellar Health Group, Rakuten USA and Global Strategies Group.
