MIPIM, MetaProp NYC Line Up 2nd Annual PropTech Summit

MIPIM organizer Reed MIDEM and MetaProp NYC have slated the second annual MIPIM PropTech Summit for Nov. 6 at The Metropolitan Pavilion at 125 W. 18th St. The inaugural event in 2017 drew more than 800 attendees from more than 500 real estate, tech and investment firms representing 33 countries, with C-suite real estate leaders interacting with technologists.

“We had a diverse group of attendees last year—from startups to billion-dollar businesses, from PropTech experts, to people who were learning about PropTech for the first time,” said MetaProp NYC co-founder Aaron Block (pictured).

For 2017’s edition, 25% of the attendees and exhibitors came from Europe. “Bringing these diverse people together is crucial to continued industry growth,” Block said. “The MIPIM PropTech Summit has the power to unite the industry on a global scale, and the best is yet to come.”
