Mint House to Open First Location in Downtown DC

Mint House, the tech-enabled flexible living provider, is set to open its first location in Downtown Washington DC in early 2025.

Altus Realty acquired the former 11-story office building and will transform it into 85 high-end apartment-style rental units operated by Mint House. The property offers guests nightly, short-term, or long-term living options with amenities, including a fitness facility, meeting space, and a cafe. Each unit, ranging from studios to two bedrooms, features a kitchen, living and dining areas, and workspace.

“1010 Vermont is an exceptional office-to-residential conversion opportunity and we are excited to be working with Mint House on this project which ultimately allows us to provide guests and travelers a flexible residential hospitality experience,” said Gordon Fraley, partner at Altus Realty.
