Minnesota Firm Looks to Buy Office Building Near O’Hare

Onward Investors, a Minnesota-based real estate company, is set to acquire the One O’Hare Centre office building in Rosemont near O’Hare International Airport.

The company is in the process of purchasing the 12-story property, which was projected to sell for around $70 million, reported Crain’s. The current owners, MDC Realty Advisors and Nicola Wealth Management, are selling the property after completing $5.5 million in capital improvements to the building.

Located at 6250 River Road, the 380,360-square-foot building was built in 1986 on a 5.36-acre site. According to Crain’s, Reyes Holdings and Colliers are the two largest tenants in the building. Cushman and Wakefield’s Cody Hundertmark, Tom Sitz and Dan Deuter marketed One O’Hare on behalf of the MDC and Nicola.
