Minkoff Development Corporation Finds Take for 24K SF at Shady Grove Development Park

Germantown, MD-based real estate property owner Minkoff Development Corporation and tenant Quality Biological, Inc. agreed on 24,000-square-foot lease at Shady Grove Development Park, a 745,000-square-foot, 10-building mixed-use project located in Gaithersburg, MD.

Guy Copperthite and Jim Darby with Transwestern Real Estate Services represented Quality Biological, which provides manufacturing solutions to the life science and biotech research industry. The company takes occupancy of its new space in July 2023.

“Moving into Shady Grove Development Park allows us to better serve the life sciences community in Montgomery County and meet the changing demands of our customers,” said Angela Graham, president of Quality Biological, Inc.

Minkoff Development Corporation’s Shady Grove Development Park is designed for office, entertainment, warehouse, lab, distribution and retail uses. The property on Gaither Road has access to Shady Grove Road, I-270 and I-370.
