Mini-West Storage Trades Hands in Corsicana
A Colorado self-storage operator beat out multiple offers to acquire Mini-West Storage, an 81,050-square-foot, 562-unit self-storage facility in Corsicana, TX. The seller was a local private entity, represented by Brandon Karr and Danny Cunningham with Marcus & Millichap.
The property at 1400 N. 45th St. delivered into escrow 35 days after it hit the market. The facility, situated on 8.4 acres, was built in stages between 1986 and 2016. It offers 192 climate-controlled units, 543 non-climate drive-up units, a manager’s office, key-pad entry, perimeter fencing and lighting, and room for additional expansion.
Also included in the sale was Charlie’s Laser Wash, a five-bay, self-service car wash that sits on an adjacent .7 acres. The car wash was built in 2004.
