Mindspace to Open Largest U.S. Location at Transamerica Complex

Global flexible workspace provider Mindspace has signed a new 54,000-square-foot lease at Two Transamerica Plaza, located at 505 Sansome St., San Francisco, within the Transamerica complex, marking the company’s second location in San Francisco and its largest in the U.S. The new lease nearly triples Mindspace’s local presence and also makes it the largest tenant at Two Transamerica Plaza.

The lease was signed with YODA PLC, the Cyprus-based real estate investment and development firm that recently acquired the Transamerica complex, marking one of the company’s first major leasing transactions following the acquisition.
