Mindspace Plans First Location in U.S. at Hines’ D.C. Property
European-based Mindspace has opened its first coworking space in the United States at Hines’ One Franklin Square building in Washington, D.C. The space, which spans 31,000 square feet and can accommodate more than 500 members, will place extreme emphasis on high-end design and cater to larger enterprise company users.
Mindspace’s Dan Zakai says, “We are excited to officially open the doors to Mindspace’s first U.S. location, and to offer our luxe workspace experience to one of the most innovative and vibrant business communities in the nation.”
A key feature of the fully-serviced workspaces is a networking component that includes locally-tailored events, talks and workshops to fuel connectivity among members. Mindspace operates 28 locations worldwide, and plans to open its next location in San Francisco later this month.
