Mindspace Expands 25 Kent Footprint with Global Holdings

Global Holdings said that Mindspace, a global flexible workspace provider, will expand its Williamsburg location at 25 Kent Ave. by 11,500 square feet. The expansion, slated for completion in Summer 2026, will bring Mindspace’s total footprint at the property to approximately 50,000 square feet.

The expansion will introduce additional private offices, expanded lounge areas, and significant upgrades to Mindspace’s shared amenities. The additional square footage will also allow Mindspace to introduce smaller private offices, responding to demand from early-stage companies and founders seeking private space without long-term commitments.

“This expansion is a direct response to the incredible demand we’ve seen from the Williamsburg community,” said Mark Goldfinger, head of North America at Mindspace. “Mindspace Williamsburg has consistently maintained high occupancy rates, and this close collaboration between Mindspace and Global Holdings has accommodated continued growth while enhancing the overall experience for our members and 25 Kent tenants alike.”

Global Holdings was represented by Craig Panzirer and Alex Radmin.
