MIMCO Nabs 200K-SF City Base Landing

Commercial real estate firm MIMCO acquired City Base Landing, a 201,426-square-foot shopping center on the southern edge of San Antonio, in the Brooks master-planned community. The PRU CB LP, a partnership led by Prudential Financial, sold the center at 3326 S.E. Military Dr., near Interstate 37, for an undisclosed amount. The asset was 86.8% occupied at the time of the sale.

City Base Landing was developed in 2005 by HPI, and is shadow-anchored by a Walmart and Sam’s Club stores. The tenant roster features national names including Best Buy, Office Depot, JoAnn, Starbucks, Chick-Fil-A, AT&T and Chili’s.

“We are excited to continue to grow our presence in San Antonio, and build on our existing relationships with the shopping center’s tenants,” said MIMCO’s Troy Marcus.
