Milwaukee’s Zilber Lands Full-Building Tenant for 525K-SF Spec Warehouse

California-based Silgan Containers signed a long-term lease for a 525,000-square-foot speculative industrial property at Zilber Property Group’s Kenosha Corporate Park in Kenosha, WI. Milwaukee-based Zilber recently completed the spec property, which Silgan will use for manufacturing and distribution operations.

A manufacturer of metal food containers, Silgan also has operations in other Wisconsin communities, including Oconomowoc, Menomonee Falls, Menomonie, Plover and Waupun. The company expects to move in later this month.

CBRE’s Scott Furmanksi represented Silgan Containers in leasing negotiations. Michael Kleber, Zilber’s director of industrial leasing, represented the landlord in-house, in partnership with CBRE’s Whit Heitman and Sam Badger.

Kenosha Corporate Park has 20 acres of remaining developable land, which can accommodate manufacturing and distribution users from 50,000 up to 400,000 square feet.
