Milwaukee Developer 3L Real Estate has had all offices vacated in its riverside building along the Milwaukee River with plans to convert the entire building into apartments.

The eight story building will have its elevator extended to the 9th floor, which will become a rooftop outdoor terrace for residents. 

Interior demolition work has already begun at the property and apartments are expected to open summer 2023 at the latest. The intention is to keep the Rock Bottom Brewery restaurant on the ground floor.
