Milwaukee-Area Retail Center Finds Buyer

Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of Bayshore Area Retail Plaza, a 13,763-square-foot retail property located in Glendale, WI, a suburb of Milwaukee. The sale price was $3,255,000. 

Jared Shapiro, Craig Fuller, Erin E. Patton and Scott Wiles, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus and Cleveland offices, marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. Todd Lindblom, Wisconsin broker of record, assisted in closing this transaction. 

Bayshore Area Retail Plaza is located at 5312 N Port Washington Rd. in Glendale. The property was 89% leased at the time of sale and was anchored by Fast Signs, Gyro Palace and WingStop.
