Milstein’s Waterfront Loft Buildings Hit the Market
Connect Apartments is coming up on June 26th in Los Angeles. Here’s a link to find out more about the conference and to register.
Having recently sold a parking lot in the Seaport District to the Howard Hughes Corporation, Howard Milstein is now preparing to sell another two properties along the Lower Manhattan waterfront. The New York Post reported that an Avison Young team is marketing Milstein’s Stove Factory Lofts at 257 Water St. (pictured) and 23 Peck Slip.
The two properties have 20 market-rate apartments between them, along with two restaurants and 7,000 square feet of air rights. They’re expected to fetch $30 million.
An Avison Young multifamily team of Brandon Polakoff, Phil Bowman, Charles Kingsley and James Nelson, head of tri-state investment sales, is marketing the Stove Factory. Nelson told the Post that the apartments average about 1,500 square feet each.
