Milstein Properties’ 22 Vanderbilt Adds 460K SF of Leases 

Milstein Properties has signed five new leases at 22 Vanderbilt, totaling over 460,000 square feet and bringing the building to 91% occupancy. The leases include Bain & Company for 235,200 square feet, Duane Morris LLP for 80,000 square feet, TD Securities for 80,000 square feet, Alti Tiedemann Global for 40,000 square feet, and Kennedys for 25,000 square feet.  

Milstein Properties was represented by Paul Amrich, Neil King, Jeffrey Fischer, Sacha Zarba, and Meghan Allen at CBRE, as well as Duncan McCuaig, David Caperna, and PJ Massey of Brookfield Properties.

The building underwent a full-scale redevelopment led by SHoP Architects, featuring upgrades to amenities, structural, and mechanical systems. The redeveloped building includes a fitness and wellness club, outdoor terrace, conference center, and dining options.
