Miller-Gomes Team Closes Motel 6 Sale

Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Motel 6 Chicago North Central, a 145-room hospitality property in Arlington Heights, IL, nine miles from O’Hare International Airport. The asset sold for $5,050,001.

VP Ebrahim Valliani, SVP Allan Miller and senior managing director Chris Gomes, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook, Austin and Dallas offices, respectively, marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.  The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Valliani, Miller, and Gomes.

Motel 6 Chicago North Central is located at 441 West Algonquin Road in Arlington Heights. The interior corridor, economy hotel is a value-add opportunity for the investor, according to Marcus & Millichap.
