Millennium Distribution Expands Space with New Lease

Millennium Distribution inked a deal with EastGroup Properties to take down 73,142 square feet at 4829 Eisenhauer Rd. in San Antonio. The deal represents an expansion for the super-regional distributor. The company currently occupies 50,800 square feet at 4990 Eisenhauer Rd., and will move into its new space in May.

Josh Aguilar and Rob Burlingame with CBRE represented Millennium Distribution. Cavender & Hill’s Ty Bragg negotiated on behalf of the landlord.

“This Class A, new construction on Eisenhauer Road offers Millennium Distribution unique building characteristics that will help optimize user efficiency and higher productivity,” Aguilar said. “This prime location offers Millennium the space and amenities they desired, while allowing them to remain in close proximity to their current customer base.”
