Millennium Bank Debuts Revitalized Bridgeport Banking Center

Millennium Bank has officially opened its newly renovated Bridgeport banking center.

Following its January 2025 acquisition of Pulaski Savings Bank, Millennium Bank invested in the historic property at 3156 S. Morgan Street, rebuilt branch operations and expanded its presence in Chicago. A centerpiece of the reopening is a new 120-foot exterior mural by Chicago artist Jeff Zimmerman, commissioned by Millennium Bank to celebrate Bridgeport’s history, character and community.

Pulaski Savings Bank operated in Bridgeport since 1890 before the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation closed it. Millennium Bank subsequently acquired the institution, preserving a neighborhood banking presence. Founded in 2007, Millennium Bank has grown to nearly $1 billion in assets and has become one of Illinois’ leading Small Business Administration lenders for hospitality, commercial real estate, and multifamily housing. Over the past decade, the bank has funded approximately $350 million in loans, with a focus on minority business owners and real estate developers.
