Millbrook Taps CushWake to Lease Office Campus in Northern Suburbs
Millbrook Properties selected Cushman & Wakefield to lease The Four Hundreds, a two-building, 286,000-square-foot Class A office development in Chicago’s northern suburbs. The Cushman & Wakefield brokerage team of Chris Cummins and Dan Svachula will lead marketing efforts for both buildings.
The two buildings at The Four Hundreds are located at 475 Half Day Rd. in Lincolnshire, IL, and 485 Half Day Rd. in Buffalo Grove, IL. The buildings are leased to tenants such as TDK Corp. of America, Mowery & Schoenfeld and Alma Lasers.
