Millbrook Realty Aims for Lending Growth with New Hire

Millbrook Realty Capital has announced that Uanderson Benedetti has joined the firm as managing director. He’s now responsible for growing Milbrook’s lending platform, which focuses on originating, underwriting and structuring loans.

“Uanderson is a proven talent with a track record of fueling the growth of commercial real estate lending platforms,” said Millbrook’s managing principals, Charles and Marc Yassky. “His direct relevant experience, skills and relationships are already having a positive impact on the firm as we ramp up our lending activities. We look forward to working closely together to deliver creative financing solutions to our expanding client roster.”

Before joining Millbrook, Benedetti served as head of originations for Fort Amsterdam Capital, where he originated and structured bridge loans. Before that, he helped develop more than one million square feet of commercial real estate space in New York City as a senior project executive with MUEngineering and project manager with RCDolner.
