Mill Creeks Adds to Denver Offerings

Mill Creek has added a Denver community to its construction pipeline with the groundbreaking of Modera University Park. First move-ins at the property are anticipated in early 2025. Modera University Park marks Mill Creek’s eighth ground-up residential development in Denver.

Upon completion, Modera University Park will offer 234 units in studio, one- and two-bedroom units with some units in den or loft layouts. Common amenities will include a resident clubhouse, rooftop deck, grilling area, theater room, pool table, coffee bar and dog park, as well as a conference room, co-working spaces and private workstations. Bicycle lockers, digital package lockers and storage spaces will also be available. Mill Creek is pursuing a National Green Building Standard Gold certification for the property.

Located at 2354 S High St. in Denver’s University Park neighborhood, the community will be located near many restaurants and retail options. The neighborhood is anchored by the University of Denver.
