Mill Creek Residential Getting Started on Two Texas Multifamily Communities
Mill Creek is starting construction on two separate rental communities, one in the Williamson County town of Georgetown, and the other in Northwest Houston.
Modera Georgetown will feature 318 apartment homes. It’s part of the Highland Village master planned community, which has single family homes and 32 acres of commercial development. It also has three acres of parkland and recreational trails.
The average unit comes out to over 900 square feet and will feature a pool, grilling area, coffee bar, pickleball courts and a fitness center.
The other Mill Creek property getting underway is Modera Garden Oaks, a 327-unit project in the Garden Oaks neighborhood. Modera Garden Oaks will offer one and two bedroom homes which nearly average out to 900 square feet. Besides a pool and fitness center, the project offers a podcast media center, theater room and a gated garage.
