Mill Creek Residential Adding to Houston Portfolio

Mill Creek Residential Trust is adding to its Greater Houston apartment holdings by building Modera Spring, a proposed 6,380 square foot project in Spring, Texas. Work is expected to start in November and the planned completion date is November, 2024.

The company is expecting the project costs to top out at $48 million. The new development, to be located at 2324 Louetta Road, will have a clubhouse and pool.

Mill Creek currently has five rental communities in Houston and one just north of town, in Shenandoah.
