Mill Creek Plans Groundbreaking for Modera Overlake in Redmond

Mill Creek Residential is launching development of Modera Overlake, a new addition to its Pacific Northwest portfolio. The luxury mixed-use apartment community is located at 15350 Bel-Red Rd. in the Eastside Seattle suburb of Redmond, near the Redmond Microsoft Campus.

The property will offer 288 apartment homes and 3,600 square feet of ground-floor retail space. First move-ins are projected for Q4 2022. Modera Overlake consists of studio, one- and two-bedroom homes with den and loft layouts available.

Apartment interiors come with stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, wood-plank flooring, tile backsplashes, nine-foot ceilings, pendant lighting, upgraded fixtures, roller shades, and full-sized washers and dryers. Select homes include private patios or balconies, separate dining areas, breakfast bars, and walk-in closets.

Community amenities include an eighth-floor rooftop clubhouse with expansive deck and panoramic views; an outdoor plaza, spacious lobby with vaulted ceilings, co-working lounge, clubhouse, demonstration kitchen, theater room and a club-quality fitness center.
