Mill Creek Residential announced construction is underway at Modera Walsh Heights, a midrise community in the Walsh master-planned development in Fort Worth. Modera Walsh Heights broke ground in December and will feature 296 apartments that are anticipated for spring 2026. It’s the second multifamily development by Mill Creek within Walsh.  At 7,500 acres, Walsh is among the largest master-planned communities in the country located near a major city center.

Situated at 13400 Highland Hills Drive, Modera Walsh Heights will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom homes with select den layouts, private patios or balconies and a generous average size of 1,037 square feet.

Community amenities will include a resort-style outdoor swimming pool, rooftop deck with lake and city views, numerous fire pits, outdoor dining, resident clubhouse, coffee bar, pool table, landscaped courtyards, dog park and a fitness center. Future residents will also have access to a conference room, coworking spaces, private workstations, digital package lockers, dedicated bike storage and additional storage space.
