Mill Creek Breaks Ground on Revere Beach Apt

Mill Creek Residential has commenced construction at Modera Revere Beach, a contemporary apartment community located on Revere Beach, Massachusetts, the oldest public beach in the U.S.  

The community will feature 357 apartment homes in two residential buildings atop a shared podium, offering 360-degree water views. Positioned in the greater Boston metropolitan area, Modera Revere Beach is within walking distance of Revere Beach’s vibrant commercial heart.  

The development is expected to be completed by fall 2025. The community will include studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes, along with various amenities such as a resort-inspired swimming pool, rooftop deck, grilling area, fire pit, resident clubhouse, fitness center, and more.
