Military Think Tank to Relocate Office

The Center for a New American Security (CNAS), a military think tank, is relocating its offices from Carr Properties’ 1152 15th St. NW to Grosvenor’s 1701 Pennsylvania Ave. NW. in DC, reported by Washington Business Journal.

CNAS has signed a lease for the entire seventh floor of the new location, which offers amenities and a strategic location. CNAS focuses on defense policy research and analysis and lists around 45 staff members on its website. The move to the new space is part of the organization’s growth plans.

Grosvenor has owned 1701 Pennsylvania Ave. since 1986 and has made several improvements to attract tenants. Cushman & Wakefield brokered the lease deal with a team of Michael Katcher, Theo Slagle, and John Skolnik.
