Milestone Group Snags 564-Unit MF Community in Rockville

An affiliate of The Milestone Group has acquired The Villages at Decoverly, a 564-unit garden-style apartment community in Rockville. The sales price was undisclosed.

Located at 9901 Gable Ridge Terrace, the community is approximately 35 minutes from Washington D.C. The property was built between 1991 and 2006. The unit mix consists of one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans. Amenities include two pools, two fitness centers, tennis courts, an outdoor grilling area and a children’s play area.

Steve Collins, Walter Coker, Brian Crivella and Robert Jenkins of JLL represented the seller, a foreign investment firm, in the transaction.
