1.75 million sf CJ303 logistics park building underway

Mile-Long Logistics Center Going Up in Phoenix

The trio of Merit Partners, First Industrial Realty Trust and Diamond Realty Investments hired Stevens-Leinweber to build a 1.75 million square foot industrial park. Phase I of C/303 has started construction and will take up over a mile of Loop 303 frontage.

Phase I spans nearly 11.3 acres and includes three buildings totaling 375,000 square feet. They should be ready for occupancy in September of 2023.

The site could be included in a Foreign Trade Zone, sitting within a hub of corporate users including Best Buy, Dick’s Sporting Goods, REI, UPS and Williams-Sonoma.

Merit Partners Kevin Czerwinski says they tried to be thorough in their planning C/303, “It’s diversity of buildings and connectivity will support cutting edge logistics and supply chain users. These are exciting opportunities in the Loop 303 corridor that underscore the depth and breadth of our market.”
