Reliant Real Estate Partners has announced the hiring of Mike Weinberger as a Principal in Atlanta. Weinberger will be tasked with growing the firm’s brokerage, investment and property management business.

Weinberger brings more than 15 years of experience in real estate property management, asset management, construction management, and marketing for both private equity and public REITS. Prior to joining Reliant, Weinberger was Senior Vice President at Colony Industrial, providing operational oversight for 54 buildings and 140 tenants in Colony’s Atlanta industrial portfolio, totaling approximately seven million square feet.
