Mike Huth Promoted to New Role in JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group

JLL Hotels & Hospitality promoted Mike Huth to an Executive Vice President of Hotels Debt Capital Markets in Los Angeles. Huth will help lead the firm’s hotel investment banking strategy and will oversee deal execution across the platform.

Huth will be a key partner in the hotel investment banking leadership, in addition to maintaining client coverage responsibilities in the western region of the United States. This new role was created to continue supporting the growing demand and opportunity set for the debt side of business.

JLL’s Kevin Davis says, “In his expanded role, Mike will assist in growing our financing platform, while also continuing to deliver excellent service to our clients.”

Huth first joined the firm in 2006 and has immense experience in underwriting, structuring and arranging debt and equity financing, as well as advising clients regarding loan workouts and modifications. During the Great Financial Crisis, he specialized in loan workouts, rescue capital placement, and loan sales.
