MIG Sells Las Vegas Medical Campus for $27M

Newport Beach, CA-based real estate investment company MIG Real Estate LLC has completed the disposition of Pecos Plaza, a 124,000-square-foot medical and office campus in the Las Vegas submarket of Henderson, NV. Woodside Health purchased the Class B complex for $26.7 million.

“Having executed our business plan, we are pleased with this sale,” said MIG’s Kevin Stiles. “We continue to assess the successful performance of our real estate portfolio and look to redeploy capital in commercial real estate markets throughout the Western U.S. and Sun Belt states.”

Built in 2006, Pecos Plaza is anchored by a two-story building, complemented by seven single-story medical/professional buildings on a 7.6-acre parcel along South Pecos Road. The campus, located just off the Interstate 215 freeway, is 93% occupied with a tenant roster that includes Belle Medical, Las Vegas Urology, Serenity Dental and Innovative Pain Care Center.
