Midtown Union Opens in Atlanta’s Arts District with Office, Residential, Retail and Hotel
MetLife Investment Management and Granite Properties have completed the Midtown Union mixed-use development in Atlanta, GA. The project features office, residential, hotel and retail options located steps from Midtown Atlanta’s Arts District.
The development’s Class AA, 26-story, 612,000-square-foot office tower includes a multi-level hospitality lobby along with a 12,000-square-foot landscaped outdoor amenity terrace on the 8th floor connecting to a fitness center, boardroom, conference meeting facilities and customer lounge.
Mira at Midtown Union is a 26-story, 355 luxury unit residential tower with outdoor amenity deck with pool, seating, and grilling stations.
Midtown Union’s 14-story, 230-key Kimpton Shane Hotel features artwork along with a restaurant, cocktail lounge and 6,600 square feet of meeting and events space.
Midtown Union is situated at 1331 Spring Street along Arts Center Way with 32,000 square feet of restaurants and shops.
