Midtown Tower Shows Off $65M Renovation
To show off a $65-million renovation, managers invited more than 250 brokers to 1345 Ave. of the Americas, a few blocks from Central Park.
“Our goal with the plaza redesign and landscaping program is to extend the openness, light and natural beauty of Central Park, down the Sixth Avenue corridor and up through the entrance of our building,” said Winston Fisher, partner with building owners Fisher Brothers.
Renovations also include redesigning the elevators and upgrading HVAC and security systems at the 50-story, two-million-square-foot tower. Fisher Brothers appointed JLL as the exclusive leasing agent, and is currently marketing over 169,000 rentable square feet of office space across four contiguous floors.
