Midtown Mixed-Use Building Sold for $7M 

Borgetto P.N.A. has acquired 60 W 45th St in Midtown for $6.6 million.  

The mixed-use building, constructed in 1920, is located in Midtown and is situated between 5th and 6th Avenue. The property includes seven units, comprising two commercial spaces and four one-bedroom apartments, totaling 6,216 square feet. It also has 17,208 square feet of unused air rights and holds a Tax Class 2A designation. 

Joe Koicim, Logan Markley, and Zan Colin of Marcus & Millichap had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer.
