Midtown Film Center Building Adds Three New Leases 

Three new leases have been signed at The Film Center Building in Hell’s Kitchen. Zoic Studios extended its lease for a 3,352-square-foot space at 630 Ninth Avenue for three years. Matthew Mandell of GFP Real Estate represented both the landlord and the tenant in the deal. 

The Accomplished Traveler, a travel advisory firm, signed a five-year lease for 1,982 square feet on the sixth floor. Elissa Patterson of EJMB Commercial represented the tenant in the deal. The Professional Artists Agency extended its lease for 1,858 square feet for five years. Mandell negotiated on behalf of the landlord and the tenant in the transaction. 

The building, constructed in 1929, is located between West 44th and West 45th streets and houses a range of smaller tenants.
