Midtown, Atlanta Apartment Community Trades for $37M

Taurus Investment Holdings acquired 251 North, a 192-unit, garden-style apartment community in Atlanta’s Midtown South submarket for $36.5 million. The community is currently 93% occupied.

Located at 300 Cityline Ave. NE, the property is adjacent to Atlanta’s Central Park and was built in 1989. The community consists of one- and two-bedroom floor plans. Amenities include a resort-style pool, outdoor grilling stations, a fitness center and covered parking.

Jamie Leachman and Ware Shipman of JLL secured a $24.9 million acquisition loan on behalf of Taurus Investment Holdings. The 10-year, floating-rate loan was provided by Freddie Mac. The seller was Abacus Capital Group.
