Midloch Investment Partners Snaps Up Wisconsin Multifamily Trio

Midloch Investment Partners and its joint venture partners have acquired three multifamily apartment properties in Wisconsin. The total capitalization is $71 million.

In Madison, Midloch acquired Country Meadows at 6840 Schroeder Rd. The garden-style apartment community includes 466 units in 23 buildings and is located on Madison’s West Side, with average household incomes of $106,000 within a three-mile radius.

In Sheboygan, Midloch acquired Mendocino Village & The Estates at 3811 Heather Valley Rd. The two garden-style properties have 186 total units. The location is easily accessible to major employers, including Kohler and other economic drivers.

“The current market environment is challenging, to be sure, but there are attractive investment opportunities to be realized in the geographies we operate in — generally highly stable secondary markets in the Midwest including the state of Wisconsin,” said Andy Sinclair, CEO and principal of Midloch Investment Partners. “These new investments have demonstrable value-add upside potential.”
