Midland Trophy Assets Hit Market

Two office properties in downtown Midland, TX, considered trophy towers, are on the sales block. Fasken Center and Frost Bank Tower offer a total of 600,000 square feet. Patrick Duffy and David Carter with Colliers International’s Houston office are marketing the buildings on behalf of Energy Related Properties, which is also located in Midland.

The Fasken Center, at 500 W. Texas Ave., is a 421,546-square-foot, twin-tower office complex that delivered in the mid-1970s. The property is 99.2% leased. The 12-story Frost Bank Tower is at 508 W. Wall St. The 177,952-square-foot building was completed in 1982, and renovated in 2014.
