Midland Park Crossing Comes to Market
A brand-new retail center, complete with three triple-net leased tenants, has arrived on the market. Midland Park Crossing, in Midland, TX, was recently delivered by Wheelhouse Commercial Development, which is headquartered in Lubbock, TX. Colliers International’s Eric Carlton, Jereme Snyder and Spencer O’Donnell are marketing the property on behalf of the developer.
The 6,904-square-foot asset at 1910 N. Loop 250 carries an asking price of $3.4 million, at a 6.2% cap rate. Two tenants – Tropical Smoothie Café and Jimmy’s Egg – carry 10-year leases, while Diva Nail Salon has a five-year lease. All three leases come with 10% fixed leases. Midland Park Crossing is also directly adjacent to a new Chick-fil-A, as well as next to the Scharbauer Sports Complex, which hosts the Oakland Athletics’ minor league baseball team.
